Team Records

Thanks to Paul Uncles, we now have our team records (2019-2025) on a spreadsheet. We'll work on including more updates from earlier years to add to this great document.

Swim BC Records

Swim BC records are now on the MSABC website and are updated regularly. Contact Carrie if you believe a record is missing

Swimming Canada Records

Canadian records can be found online at Swim Rankings (search by gender, age, and LC or SC).

World Records

World records can be found on the World Aquatics website.

Required Paperwork for Records

Reporting Canadian and World Records begins before the meet in which you think you might set a record. Be sure to talk to Linda or Craig if you think you might set a record. For BC meets, records are captured automatically. For meets outside BC, follow the instructions on the MSABC website.

Betty Brussel receives another award!

BE LIKE BETTY

In 2024, Betty Brussel set or broke 12 world records. To honour her achievement, the Wave Board developed a special annual award-- the Be Like Betty Inspirational Award.
