RECOGNIZING NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL RECORDS
For Canadian records, please submit the appropriate form to the Meet Manager as directed in the meet package for the meet in which you will attempt the record swim. It is essential to inform the Meet Manager that you will be attempting a record and specify which record you aim to break/set. Sometimes, the Meet Management will charge a fee to complete the paperwork.
- Canadian Record Form (meets within Canada)
- For all World Record attempts, download this form and obtain all required signatures and documentation at the meet (inform the Meet Manager in advance of your intentions).
